Sharing a Folder from Divvy Drive

You can share the folders you store in Divvy Drive with any user or anyone from a computer, mobile phone or tablet.

Select the folder you want to share
Go to Divvy Drive on your computer and log in. Click the folder you want to share.

Right click on Folder and click Share.
In the User field, enter the user name or Name Surname of the user you will share with and make a selection.
Specify the privileges of the shared user in the Authorizations field.
Click the Share button.

Right click on the folder and click Share with Link.
You can create a link immediately by clicking Share, or you can set the file sharing options according to your preference, and you can change your advanced sharing preferences.
Click Create Link.
You have now made the folder a link. Click Copy to copy the text in the link field. Convert your folder sharing link to QR Code / QR Code with Convert Link to QR Code. Increase your interaction with the QR code instead of sending the created link.
In Email Addresses, enter the email address(es) of the users to email the sharing link of the folder.
Fill in the Message field to send a message with your folder sharing link.

Number of Impressions: Specify how many times the shared folder is shown.
Allow Uploads: Allows people who access the link to upload files to the shared folder.
The period of validity Specify how many hours the link will remain valid. The link cannot be used after the specified period expires.
Password: Before downloading the shared file, ask the non-system user to enter the password you created, if he enters the password incorrectly, he will not be able to access the file.
Notify When Viewed: A notification will be sent to your registered email address when the folder shared via the link is viewed.
SMS Verification: Send the verification code to the mobile phone of the shared person so that the file shared with the link can be downloaded.
IP Restriction: Make sure that only the shared person's IP address can be downloaded so that the shared file can be downloaded.

Select the folder you want to share
Open the Divvy Drive application on your Android device and log in. Find the folder you want to share. Tap on the "More" icon (three-dot icon) next to the folder name.

Tap Share Folder.
Tap the Shared Users field.
In the Type username field, enter the user name or Name Surname of the user you will share with and make a selection.
Specify the privileges of the shared user(s) in the File Permissions and Folder Permissions fields.
Tap Share Folder.

Tap Share with Link.
You can tap Create Link and create a link immediately, or tap Sharing Options and change your advanced sharing preferences.
Tap Create Link.
You have now made the folder a link. With the link option, you can forward the link via other applications on your device. With QR Code option, the folder sharing link is converted into QR code.

Download Limit:: Determine how many times the shared file can be downloaded.
Downloadable Time(Hours):: Determine how long it takes for the shared file to be downloaded.

Open the Divvy Drive app on your iPhone or iPad and sign in. Find the folder you want to share and tap the More icon next to it.

Tap Share Folder.
In the search field, enter the user name or Name Surname of the user you will share with and make a selection.
Specify the privileges of the shared user in the Authorizations field.
Tap Share.

Tap Share with Link.
You can tap Create Link and create a link immediately, or tap Sharing Options and change your advanced sharing preferences.
